The Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Construction Law introduces a few changes to existing clauses and redefines their information and meaning, and it also deletes some provisions.
New meanings have been given to terms like ‘deep renovation,’ ‘building energy renovation,’ ‘building permit,’ and descriptions are also added, for example, for ‘main energy certifier.’ Obligations for regular inspection of heating and cooling or air conditioning systems are also mentioned.
Information about authorization for energy certification and energy inspection of a building is described, as well as how a legal entity obtains such authorization. Terms like ‘main project’ and ‘first folder of the main project’ are defined in more detail.
Within the law, a definition is also given for ‘Official authorized to handle the procedure and issue the act.’ The Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Construction Act generally defines and redefines existing and new terms, procedures, and the principle of authorization and work procedures accordingly.
