Unification
We provide financial, legal, and technical consulting related to construction planning in a comprehensive sense, covering design, building, usage, and demolition of structures. We select and connect you with designers, auditors, supervising engineers, contractors, licensed surveyors, and other professionals. We coordinate the work of all parties involved and oversee their work to protect the rights and interests of investors.
Obtaining
On your behalf, we will organize the creation of the main and detailed project, and obtain all necessary approvals for location, construction, and usage permits. We will put together a draft construction contract with general and special conditions, which also includes an operational plan. This introduces and organizes all Contractors and participants into the project tasks. Finally, the handover of the building to the investor is carried out.

We organize geotechnical site investigations and related surveying work (site surveys, infrastructure positions of installations on the location). We also organize and plan the preparation of conceptual designs for you and conduct tenders in which we analyze the received bids. We advise you on the most favorable options and on making contracts with them. We organize the operational system for carrying out the work according to the adopted network plan in coordination with the investor’s expert services.

We handle and arrange all the legal matters needed to issue permits for implementing spatial planning documents, construction, use, and/or demolition of buildings. This includes, among other things, analyses, studies, and reports for creating conceptual, main, and detailed project plans. Besides taking care of all the necessary legal issues, we also carry out the actions that the investor is required to perform during the construction of a building.
