Supervise construction so that it complies with the building permit, the main project, the law, special regulations, and professional standards. Immediately inform the investor of any deficiencies or irregularities noticed in the main project and during construction.
Determine
Determine whether the contractor and the responsible person supervising the construction or individual works meet the conditions prescribed by a special law. Determine whether the staking out of the building was carried out by a person authorized to perform state surveying and real estate cadastre tasks according to a special law.
Control
Determine the implementation of control tests on certain parts of the building to check or prove that the basic requirements for the building and/or other requirements or conditions set out in the main project or in the project inspection report are met, as well as the obligation to verify building products.
Document
Keep detailed records, a construction diary, and reports. The documentation is aligned with legal requirements and the needs of the investors. Finally, it’s necessary to put together a final report on the building’s performance.
