If you haven’t completed the request for the issuance of the as-built certificate, we offer a service to complete the technical documentation quickly at a reasonable price. The applicant for the issuance of the as-built certificate should attach:

Three copies of the cadastral survey of the as-built state

Or three copies of the cadastral plan (if the building is recorded in the cadastral register

Three copies of the as‑built survey

Which was made by a licensed architect

Proof of meeting the essential requirement for mechanical resistance and stability

Which was made by a licensed civil engineer (for an illegally built building with a construction (gross) area larger than 400 m², a building for exclusively agricultural activities with a construction (gross) area larger than 1000 m², and a public use building regardless of its size
