Main project design
The main project design is a set of mutually coordinated projects that provide the technical solution for a building and demonstrate that it meets the basic requirements for the building as well as other prescribed and specified requirements and conditions.
The main project design, depending on the type of building or work, includes:
Architectural project
Construction project

Mechanical project
Surveying project

Prepare the main project design, or the individual projects it contains, depending on the type of building or work, if needed, it is preceded by the preparation of:
Landscape study, geomechanical study, traffic study, technical-technological solution study, fire protection study, occupational safety study, noise protection study, conservation study, other necessary study.
Technical solution
Execution design
The executive project elaborates on the technical solution provided by the main project.
The executive project must be made in accordance with the main project. The detailed project is prepared for the construction of buildings in Group 1, and in cases where the investor and the designer agreed on it in the contract for creating the main project, or when the investor and the contractor agreed on it in the construction contract.
Buildings are classified into five groups according to the complexity of construction procedures under the Law, from the more demanding to the less demanding:
1st group
Buildings planned by the State Spatial Development Plan
2nd group
Buildings for which special conditions are determined according to special regulations in the process of environmental impact assessment and in the process of evaluating the acceptability of the project for the ecological network
3rd group
Buildings for which special conditions are determined
4th group
Buildings for which connection conditions are determined, but no other special conditions are set
5th group
Buildings that are not classified in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th group.
