You can now carry out an energy renovation of your family house using state incentives and save on this big investment. Family houses make up 65% of the housing stock in Croatia, and most of them were built before 1987, having little or no thermal insulation.
On March 27, 2014, the Government of the Republic of Croatia introduced the Energy Renovation Program for Family Houses, which is carried out by the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund. The goal is to energetically renovate family houses in order to increase household energy efficiency, reduce monthly energy and water costs by 30% up to even 60%, and overall improve the quality of life.
At the same time, the implementation of the program also involves engaging local companies and experts
Implementing the program contributes to a cleaner environment and mitigating climate change, and it brings direct and measurable benefits to citizens, the economy, and society as a whole. More at the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund.
