Energy efficiency
Energy certificates
Energy certificates are an official document that assesses the energy efficiency of a building or part of it. Creating an energy certificate is a legal requirement when selling, renting, or constructing new buildings, and it serves as a clear indicator of energy consumption.
Residential and non-residential buildings are classified into eight energy classes according to the energy scale from A+ to G, with A+ being the most energy-efficient and G the least energy-efficient class.
Based on the collected data, we determine the building’s energy class (from A+ to G), giving the investor or owner a clear overview of energy efficiency and potential for improvements.
certification
Energy review
We carry out energy audits and energy certification for buildings with simple technical systems (module 1) and complex technical systems and other structures (module 2).
An energy certificate is a document that shows how much energy your house uses for heating in a year. The energy certificate is valid for 10 years from the day it’s issued.
Property overview
We analyze the energy characteristics of a building, including thermal insulation, heating, cooling, ventilation, and lighting systems. We use specialized software tools to calculate the energy rating according to current standards.
LEGALLY REGULATED
Energy certificates are made in accordance with national laws and EU directives. We provide support in all legal aspects and necessary procedures for certificate application.
CERTIFICATE ISSUING
We create an official certificate with clearly presented energy-related characteristics and suggestions for improving energy efficiency, like upgrading insulation or replacing windows.
With our expert approach and advanced technical knowledge, we provide accurate and timely energy certificates that are the foundation for the rational and economical use of energy in your building. We help you meet legal obligations and open the door to a more energy-efficient future.
We carry out a detailed inspection of the building, including measuring dimensions, checking the condition of windows, doors, walls, roof, and installations. We also check for thermal bridges and other elements that affect energy consumption.
