The ordinance on real estate valuation regulates how the value of real estate is assessed, how data is collected, and how it is evaluated for all properties in Croatia, regardless of who owns them, unless a special law specifies otherwise.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Regulation elaborates on property valuation methods.
